Details required for e-seva/eDistrict ID ( Kind attn Tamil Nadu VLEs) - 2 nd List

Dear All,

Kind attn: Tamil Nadu VLEs.

We require details of ACTIVE CSCs  for creating eDistrict ID ( Second list ) for Tamil Nadu. VLEs may provide the CORRECT CSC details through the appended link. Below given google form should be filled before (25-03-2019). Providing your correct CSC details in the google form is your own responsibility. You cannot blame your VLE association or DC if your application is rejected due to wrong information. 

( Kindly note that around 1000 CSC details got rejected from the 1st eDistrict list due to wrong information provided by VLEs. Please provide the correct information otherwise your eDistrict ID request will get rejected )

VLEs may kindly note the following points:

1)      ACTIVE Digital Seva Portal ID is mandatory for getting e-seva ID. ( Active ID means the CSC should have registered for all mandatory services).

2)      VLEs will be permitted to operate their CSC /e-seva ID only from the location /address you have given at the time of registering your CSC, IRCTC, RAP and DIGIPAY. e-seva ID will be blocked if found operating from a different location.

3)      DCs will regularly visit and verify the CSC.

4)      CSCs found to be indulging in corrupt practices or over-charging will be terminated immediately. Police action will also be initiated against the corrupt ones.

5)      CSCs /VLEs should have transacted on Digital Seva Portal during the last 30 days and minimum 25 enrollment of PMSYM

6)      The details should reach us by (25-03-2019). 

7)      eDistrict ID is FREE. On boarding VLEs on eDistrict portal is absolutely FREE.

8)    CCTV camera should be fixed within 15 days from the date of receipt of e-seva id.

9)    Undertaking form should be given to D.C while receiving the e-seva id. Failure to submit the undertaking form will lead to termination of e-seva id. 

10)  Providing your correct details in the google form is your own responsibility. In case of any wrong details provided by you then the id will not be created.

   

Undertaking to be submitted to DC before 25th March 2019 by VLEs who already received eDistrict ID

All VLEs who already received eDistrict ID in the 1st list should submit the signed undertaking to DC before 20th March 2019. Failure to submit will result in deactivation of your ID. 

VLE கள் பின்வரும் புள்ளிகளை தயவுசெய்து கவனிக்கலாம்:

1) இ-சேவா ஐடி பெறுவதற்கு ACTIVE டிஜிட்டல் சேவா போர்டு ஐடி கட்டாயம். (செயலில் ஐடி என்பது CSC அனைத்து கட்டாய சேவைகளுக்கும் பதிவு செய்ய வேண்டும் என்பதாகும்).

2) உங்கள் CSC, IRCTC, RAP மற்றும் DIGIPAY ஆகிய பதிவுகளை பதிவு செய்யும் நேரத்தில் வழங்கிய இடத்திலிருந்து / முகவரிக்கு மட்டுமே CSC / e-seva ID ஐ செயல்படுத்துவதற்கு VLE கள் அனுமதிக்கப்படும். வேறொரு இடத்திலிருந்து இயங்கினால், மின்-சேவா ஐடி தடுக்கப்படும்.

3) டி.சி.க்கள் தொடர்ந்து சி.சி.சி.

4) சி.ஆர்.சி. ஊழல் பழக்க வழக்கங்களில் ஈடுபடுவதாகக் கண்டறியப்பட்டது அல்லது அதிக கட்டணம் வசூலிக்கப்பட்டது உடனடியாக நிறுத்தப்படும். ஊழல் செய்தவர்களுக்கு எதிராக பொலிஸ் நடவடிக்கை ஆரம்பிக்கப்படும்.

5) CSCs / VLEs கடந்த 30 நாட்களில் டிஜிட்டல் சேவா போர்ட்டில் பரிவர்த்தனை செய்யப்பட வேண்டும் மற்றும் குறைந்தபட்சம் 25 PMSYM

6) விவரங்கள் மூலம் எங்களை அணுக வேண்டும் (25-03-2019).

7) eDistrict ஐடி இலவசம். EDistrict போர்ட்டில் போர்டிங் VLE களில் முற்றிலும் இலவசம்.

8) இ-சேவா ஐடி பெறும் தேதியிலிருந்து 15 நாட்களுக்குள் சிசிடிவி கேமராவை சரி செய்ய வேண்டும்.

9) ஈ-சேவா ஐடியை பெற்றுக்கொள்வதில் டி.சீ. செயல்திறன் படிவத்தை சமர்ப்பிக்கத் தவறியது மின்-சேவா ஐடியை நிறுத்த வழிவகுக்கும்.

10) google படிவத்தில் உங்கள் சரியான விவரங்களை வழங்குவது உங்கள் சொந்த பொறுப்பாகும். நீங்கள் வழங்கிய ஏதேனும் தவறான விவரங்கள் இருந்தால், ஐடி உருவாக்கப்படாது.

2019 மார்ச் 25 ஆம் திகதிக்கு முன் டி.டி.டீ.க்கு சமர்ப்பிக்க வேண்டும்

1 வது பட்டியலில் eDistrict ஐடி ஏற்கனவே பெற்றுள்ள அனைத்து VLE க்கள் டிசம்பர் 20, 20 ம் திகதிக்கு முன்னர் கையொப்பமிடப்பட்ட கையொப்பங்களை சமர்ப்பிக்க வேண்டும். சமர்ப்பிக்கத் தவறியமை உங்கள் ஐடியை செயலிழக்கச் செய்யும்.
