E-COURTS SERVICES THROUGH CSC NETWORK

டிஜிட்டல் பிளவின் மற்ற பக்கத்தில் உள்ளவர்கள் மற்றும் இணைய அணுகலைப் பெறாதவர்கள் ஆகியோருக்கு நீதிமன்றங்கள் சேவைகளுக்கு திறமையான மற்றும் நேரக்கட்டுப்பாட்டு அணுகலை வழங்குவதற்காக, நீதித்துறை திணைக்களமானது CSC E- CSC நெட்வொர்க் மூலம் மின்-நீதிமன்ற சேவைகள் வழங்குவதற்காக.

நீதித்துறை மற்றும் CSC இ-ஆளுனர் சேவைகள் இந்தியா லிமிடெட் ஆகியவற்றுக்கு இடையேயான ஒத்துழைப்பு என்பது, வழக்குகள் எளிதில் அணுகக்கூடியவை, மற்றும் எந்த CSC மூலமாக மின்-நீதிமன்றங்களின் தரவுத்தளத்தில் கிடைக்கும் உடனடி வழக்குத் தகவலும்.

இந்த சேவையானது இப்போது "டிஜிட்டல் சேவா போர்ட்டல்" மூலமாக நேரலையாக மாற்றப்பட்டுள்ளது. 16 இலக்க அல்பனோமெரிக் சிஎன்ஆர் எண் (இது மாவட்ட நீதிமன்றங்களில் வழக்குகள் பற்றிய விவரங்களை வழங்குவதற்கான ஒரு தனித்தன்மையான எண்) மூலம் சம்பந்தப்பட்ட வழக்கின் விவரங்களைத் தேடுவதன் மூலம் குடிமக்களுக்கு சேவைகளைப் பெற முடியும்.

இந்த சேவை மூலம் குடிமக்கள் இப்போது நீதிமன்ற வழக்கு விவரங்கள், வழக்குகள், வழக்கு பதிவு, காரணம் பட்டியல், வழக்கு நிலை, தினசரி ஆர்டர்கள் மற்றும் அனைத்து கணினிமயமான மாவட்ட மற்றும் நாட்டின் கீழ்நிலை நீதிமன்றங்களின் இறுதி தீர்ப்புகள் போன்ற விவரங்களை பெறலாம். கோரிக்கைக்கு ரூ .5 / - என்ற பெயரிடப்பட்ட சேவை கட்டணம் செலுத்துவதன் மூலம் CSC மூலம் சேவை பெற முடியும்.

2019 பிப்ரவரி மாதம், 24 மாநிலங்களின் 347 மாவட்டங்களின் CSC க்கள் மூலம் பல்வேறு நீதிமன்ற வழக்குகளின் நிலைக்கு மொத்தம் 7,458 கோரிக்கைகள் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டுள்ளன.

In order to provide efficient and time-bound access to the Courts services to litigant public, who are on the other side of the digital divide and do not have access to internet, the Department of Justice has collaborated with CSC E-Governance Services India Limited for delivery of e-Courts services through the CSC network.

The collaboration between Department of Justice and CSC E-Governance Services India Limited means that litigants can access easily, and readily case status information available on e-Courts database through any CSC.

The service is now made live through “Digital Seva Portal”. Citizens can avail the services through searching the details of the relevant case through the 16 digit alphanumeric CNR number (it is a unique number given to access details of cases in District Courts of India).

Through this service , the citizens can now get the details of court case information such as judicial proceedings/decisions, case registration, cause list, case status, daily orders, and final judgments of all computerized district and subordinate courts of the country. The service can be availed of through CSC by paying a nominal service charge of Rs 5/- per request.

During the month of February, 2019, a total of 7,458 requests have been made for the status of various court cases through the CSCs of 347 Districts of 24 States
