DEVA THIRUPUR CSC VLE HELP DESK November 23, 2018 CSC NEWS LETTER,

DISPLAY OF CREATIVES CONTAINING ACHIEVEMENTS UNDER VARIOUS SCHEMES OF MeitY

Selected GP level Transacting VLEs need to fix a board of the size of 4’X2’ at their CSCs. The selected VLEs need to take a print out of Creative containing achievements of the GoI and affix the same on the board and keep it displayed for a month. There will be new creative in every month and this exercise will continue for 5 months. The VLE shall get Rs 500/- per month for the display.

No separate cost will be reimbursed for board. The VLEs shall receive the Creative in their digi mail from IT Team of CSC SPV. On display, the VLE need to capture the photograph and upload the same on a link to be provided by CSC SPV IT Team. The Lat-Long credentials of the CSC should also be captured while capturing the displayed creative for uploading. At the end of each month, VLEs need to raise the demand for reimbursement of the monthly service charge of Rs 500.

Dear VLEs,

Kindly find attached hereto the procedure ( outdoor creative SoP) regarding display of creative/ board of MeitY at the CSCs which is to be displayed on a 4’X2’ board at 70,000 selected CSCs located at Gram Panchayats .

The concerned VLEs whose name is there in the attached list ( Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu & Puducherry) should fix a board of the size of 4’X2’ at their CSC outlets. There will be new creative in every month and this exercise will continue for 5 months, the latest designs will be uploaded on the same portal. The VLE shall get Rs 500/- per month for the display. No separate cost will be reimbursed for board.
