e-Sharam service will be available through digital seva portal from 26th August.

Benefits for VLE’s:

1. VLE will get Rs. 15 per new registration from Ministry.
2. VLE can charge Rs. 20 for doing any update in existing/ already registered candidates.

Benefits for National Database of Unorganized Workers:

1. With the registration on eShram portal, beneficiary will be eligible to get the benefit of PM Suraksha Bima Yojana scheme for 1 year without any cost.

2. The beneficiary will become eligible for  various welfare schemes of both state and central govt.
